Common Questions
How is this different from cry-it-out methods?
I never use or recommend cry-it-out approaches. My methods are rooted in attachment theory and responsive parenting. We work with your child's temperament and your family's values to create gentle, sustainable changes.
What ages do you work with?
I work with families from newborn through age 3. Each age has unique sleep needs, and I tailor my approach accordingly. For newborns 0-3 months, the Dream Starter consultation is a great place to start.
Which package is right for me?

Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, all packages are pay-in-full at checkout. If you'd like to discuss options for our higher-tier packages, please reach out during your discovery call.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life with little ones is unpredictable! You can reschedule your consultation with 24 hours notice. Support packages include flexible scheduling for all calls.
