My Story
It started the way it does for so many of us. My first daughter, Rylee, was colicky, reflux-prone, and seemed to fight sleep with every fiber of her tiny being. I was running on fumes, crying in the shower, and feeling like a complete failure.
Everyone told me to "just let her cry." But every instinct in my body screamed no.
The Turning Point
I dove into the research and discovered something the mainstream sleep industry doesn't want you to know: you don't have to choose between sleep and secure attachment.
When my second daughter Ivy came along, I was ready. And I knew I had to help other families find this path too.
So I got certified. Four times. In pediatric sleep consulting, baby-led sleep, newborn care, and child nutrition.
