Services
The Nurture Spot provides sleep consulting services for families with children ages 4 months through 4 years. Our services include personalized sleep assessments, custom sleep plans, and ongoing support through various packages.
Not Medical Advice
Important: Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice. We are not licensed medical professionals. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns about your child's sleep or health. If you suspect your child has a medical condition affecting sleep (such as sleep apnea, reflux, or other conditions), please seek appropriate medical care.
Payment & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Due to the personalized nature of our services, consultations and digital products are generally non-refundable
- If you need to cancel before your initial consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of booking
- We want you to be satisfied—please reach out if you have concerns
Support Period & Call Scheduling
Each package includes a defined support period during which you have access to consultations, check-in calls, and ongoing support.
- All calls included in your package must be scheduled before the end of your support period.
- Unused calls after your support period expires are forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.
- It is your responsibility to schedule calls in a timely manner within your support window.
- We recommend scheduling check-in calls early to ensure availability.
90-Day Promise (Sleep Transformation Package)
Sleep Transformation Exclusive Benefit
Clients who purchase the Sleep Transformation package are entitled to our 90-Day Promise, which provides one complimentary 30-minute support call if a sleep regression occurs within 90 days of completing your program.
The following terms apply to the 90-Day Promise:
- You must have completed the full Sleep Transformation program (all scheduled calls and the follow-up call)
- The regression must occur within 90 calendar days of your support period end date
- You must request the call within 7 days of the regression beginning
- This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another family
- Limited to one complimentary call per Sleep Transformation purchase
- The 90-Day Promise call must be scheduled within 14 days of your request being approved
Sibling Discount (Sleep Transformation Package)
Sleep Transformation Exclusive Benefit
Clients who purchase the Sleep Transformation package receive a $200 sibling discount that can be applied to future services for a subsequent child.
The following terms apply to the Sibling Discount:
- The $200 discount applies to any future package purchase for a different child in your family
- This discount is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another family
- Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers
- Must be redeemed within 5 years of your original Sleep Transformation purchase date
- To redeem, mention your previous Sleep Transformation purchase when booking
- Limited to one sibling discount per Sleep Transformation purchase
Your Responsibilities
To get the best results from our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your child and family situation
- Implement the sleep plan consistently as discussed
- Communicate openly about any challenges or concerns
- Attend scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
- Schedule all calls within your support period timeframe
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by The Nurture Spot—including sleep plans, guides, and educational materials—are protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your personal, family use only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during consultations as confidential. We will not share your family's information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service and support, we cannot guarantee specific sleep outcomes as every child is unique. The Nurture Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
